1 . File your nails

It’s simple, just take the time to file your nails regularly to prevent them from breaking. I also advise you to immediately file your nails after they have broken or split to prevent it from getting worse. Favor the nail file with nail cut, it’s much softer for your nails.

2 . Use silk fiber dressings

A tip if you have a cracked nail on the side and you do not want to cut it and end up with a very short fingernail and other long ones.

You can of course decide to cut it and file all your other nails to the same size to have a clean manicure, but you can also keep your length using a fiberglass bandage.

The silk fiber dressings are intended to “repair” your broken nails. These silk fiber dressings are generally used by nail technicians or beauticians and are very practical! Once you have applied it to your nail, you can even apply nail polish without problems.

3 .  The bath of olive oil or castor oil

Massage your nails gently with castor oil or olive oil and let the oil sit for about ten minutes on your nails. Olive oil and castor oil are ideal for nourishing fragile nails, these oils will moisturize and strengthen your nails. Castor oil is generally appreciated by women for its action on hair growth, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc. Castor oil will therefore allow you to have hydrated nails, stronger and longer.

Frequency of use: you can for example apply castor oil on your nails every night for 1 week, then olive oil every night for 1 week and so on. You can also decide to use only one of these oils, but make sure to apply it at least 3 times a week to see a real improvement on your nails in the months following your first applications.

Personally what I do is that during my evening care routine, I apply a little castor oil on my eyelashes and on my nails at the same time. Nourish my eyelashes to speed up their growth and thicken them, then with the oil that remains on my hands I massage my nails one by one.

4 .  The white vinegar bath to whiten the nails

If you find that your nails are dull or yellowish, you can try the technique of white vinegar bath or lemon juice to whiten your nails. Simply dip your nails in a bowl of white vinegar or lemon juice for about 5 minutes and you will see that your nails will return to a slightly more natural color. Nevertheless, I do not advise you to use this technique more than once a month.

5 .  Possible application of nail polish enriched with vitamin E

If you want to finish with a nail polish, consider using a base of varnish to protect your nail nail polish and make it last longer. The base of varnish will prevent that your nail is yellowish once the varnish removed. If your nail polish is placed directly on your nail, the nail will tend to remain slightly yellow after removing the nail polish. Also remember that nail polish is a chemical and therefore, it is not good for your nails, so protect them as much as possible. I advise you for example to test organic nail polish that will be softer for your nails or enrich your base neutral nail polish with a drop of vitamin E.

Vitamin E is essential for our body, it helps strengthen our bones, our hair, our nails and defends free radicals (responsible for the aging of our cells) and is also very often used in organic cosmetics. You can find them in pharmacy or on the Aroma Zone website . Add a few drops of vitamin E to your nail polish base (clear nail polish called “nail polish” sold in a supermarket or make-up shop) and then apply your organic nail polish or your usual nail polish. Also be sure to always let your nails breathe a few days between applying nail polish.

Avoid getting false nails or using a permanent nail polish please girls. I can understand that you are tempted if you have very bad nails, but honestly I do not recommend doing it. No matter where you do it, your nails will be weakened because of the installation of the permanent varnish or false nails (gel, etc), it is inevitable. Maybe tomorrow a revolutionary technique that completely protects the nail before a permanent nail polish, gel or other will be born, but for now I do not know it.

To remove permanent varnish, it is necessary to sand the nail and which says sanding the nail said to remove layers of Keratin! You must therefore weaken your nails. In addition, a pose of permanent varnish calls another and it is an interminable gear that is established which it is difficult to get out. Indeed, once the permanent varnish remove, your nails are less beautiful, all soft, brittle, weakened and you have only one desire, it is to give permanent polish to have strong nails again! It’s a vicious circle and it’s the same for laying gel nails or capsules or other on your nails. You are doomed to start over again and the health of your nails and your wallet ends up taking a big hit! It’s even worse when it comes to a false nail pose, so trust me, avoid these practices, it’s the best to do. If I tell you that, it is because, I myself try the experiment of the installation of permanent varnish and false nails and that I always regretted.  My nails have never been so beautiful and strong since I take care of them naturally. However, if you still want to use such techniques, call a real expert who has quality equipment.
